The pollutants in food processing wastewater mainly coming from raw material residues, starch, sugar, oil, protein, food additives, and washing wastewater from production equipment and workshops. Organic matter, SS, and oil are the primary pollutants.First, a grille and micro drum filter are used to remove large-particle suspended solids and insoluble impurities; then, a dissolved air flotation machine is adopted to separate oil and colloidal substances. Subsequently, a packaged sewage treatment plant is utilized for biological treatment to degrade organic pollutants and remove NH3-N and TP from the water. Finally, the sludge generated during the process is dewatered by a screw press, and the dewatered sludge can be further processed into organic fertilizer or recycled for resource utilization, achieving the dual goals of wastewater purification and resource recovery.
